摘要:为了提高推力密度,提出一种新型双层绕组无铁心永磁直线电机(DWIPMLM),其磁极采用Halbach结构,电枢双层绕组的每层为端部非重叠集中绕组,双层叠置后的绕组系数能与端部重叠的分布绕组相接近。首先,介绍了一种9线圈6磁极新型DWIPMLM的拓扑模型,随后采用遗传算法优化设计了其结构参数。通过对比不同槽极配合结构的绕组系数,表明提出的9线圈无铁心DWIPMLM采用6个磁极具有最好的电磁性能。最后,制造了样机来验证分析结果。结果表明,提出的DWIPMLM避免了端部重叠分布绕组复杂的端部结构,不仅缩小了电机体积,而且有效提升了推力密度。 关键词:无铁心;PMLM;双层绕组;Halbach磁极;绕组系数;推力密度 Abstract: A novel doublelayer winding permanent magnet ironless linear motor (DWIPMLM) with Halbach magnet was proposed in order to achieve high thrust force density. To each layer, the end nonoverlapping concentrated windings were adopted. After two layers stacked, the wind factor can be high as that of end overlapping distribute windings. Firstly, the topology of this proposed DWIPMLM with 9coils/6poles was introduced, and then the structure parameters were optimized with Genetic algorithm (GA). By analyzing the winding factor of different coil/pole combination structure, the proposed DWIPMLM with 9 coils was proved to have best electromagnetic performance adopting 6 poles. Finally, the prototype was manufactured to validate the predicted results. The results show this proposed DWIPMLM can avoid the complicate winding end of distribute windings, which not only decreases the motor volume, but also achieve high thrust force density.
