摘要:永磁同步电机无传感器矢量控制中,需要实现对转子位置和转速的估计。文章首先分析了温度对定子电阻值的影响,随后阐述了定子电阻值的变化对矢量控制系统的影响。为改善控制系统性能,提高转子位置检测精度,文章设计了一种新型的滑模观测器,利用Lyapunov超稳定理论,将定子电阻值实时动态的反馈到滑模观测器中。利用Simulink 进行仿真验证,改进后的算法可以充分克服电机参数变化带来的不良影响,具有优越的性能。 关键词:永磁同步电机;滑模观测器;定子电阻;矢量控制 Abstract: In the sensorless control of PMSM, the estimate of rotors position and speed need to be achieved. Firstly, the effect of temperature on the stator resistance was analyzed in this paper. Then,the influence of the variation of stator resistance on the vector control system was discussed.In order to improve the function of the system and the precision of rotor position,a newstyle siliding mode observer was designed in this paper.This sliding mode observer can measure stator resistance realtimely using Lyapunov hyperstability theory.Finally,this algorithms was proved with Simulink simulation results show that this algorithms can overcome the harmful effect of the change of motor parameters and it has superior capability.
