摘要:对交流旋转电机电枢绕组的型式选择,采用分数槽绕组可以大大改善反电势波形,降低齿槽转矩,从而减少谐波损耗,提高电机的工作效率。本文旨在推广分数槽绕组在交流旋转电机中的应用;并以分数槽和整数槽两种绕组型式异步电动机为例进行仿真分析;提出了应用电势星相图对交流旋转电机分数槽绕组进行分析的方法,是解决分数槽绕组的分配与接线规律的有效途径。 关键词:交流旋转电机;分数槽绕组;电势星相图 Abstract: For the selection of AC rotary motor armature winding type, using the fractional slot winding back EMF waveform can be greatly improved, reducing cogging torque, thereby reducing the harmonic loss, improve the work efficiency of motor. This paper aimed at the application and popularization of the fractional slot winding in asynchronous motor; and two winding type asynchronous motor with fractional slot and integer slot as an example for simulation analysis; put forward the method to analyze AC rotary motor with fractional slot winding application potential star diagram, is an effective way to solve the distribution and wiring rules of fractional slot winding.
